Password Reset Instuctions:
- Log onto the VPN if you are remote on a WI/IL device.
- Complete password reset process.
- After a successful password reset, use (CTRL+ALT+DEL), click Lock.
- Unlock the computer (CTRL+ALT+DEL) with NEW password.
- Restart your computer.
Unlock Account:
- 'Unlock Account' will not unlock your epic account.
- For assistance with an account unlock in epic, contact the Service Center.
Update Security Questions:
- Security questions are required to change or reset your password.
Forgot Username:
- Enter your aah.org email (or personal email if you don't have one).
Update Active Duo Device:
- Allows you to modify your authentication option or set a default device.
Activate Non-Employee Account (IL/WI Division Only) Instuctions:
- Login with your username and temporary password.
