Update Security Questions Change/Reset Password Forgot Username Update Active Duo Device Activate Non-Employee Account (IL/WI)
Password Reset Instructions:

  1. Stop!

    • Ensure you have setup your Security Questions.

  2. Log onto the VPN if you are remote on a WI/IL device.
  3. Complete password reset process.
  4. After a successful password reset, use (CTRL+ALT+DEL), click Lock.
  5. Unlock the computer (CTRL+ALT+DEL) with NEW password.
  6. Restart your computer.
Unlock Account:
  • 'Unlock Account' will not unlock your epic account.
  • For assistance with an account unlock in epic, contact the Service Center.
Action Required: Set Up Your Security Questions First

  • To ensure you can reset your password when needed, please register your security questions before using this tool. Without completing this step, password resets will not be possible without contacting the Service Center.

  • Note: Security questions from SAM did not transfer to the new system, so you must set them up again.

Forgot Username:

  • Enter your aah.org email (or personal email if you don't have one).
Update Active Duo Device:

  • Allows you to modify your authentication option or set a default device.
Activate Non-Employee Account (IL/WI Division Only) Instuctions:

  1. Login with your username and temporary password.
