Please note: if your Epic account is locked, resetting your password will not unlock it. Contact the Service Desk for assistance with a locked account.

NOTE if you are on an Advocate Aurora Health (AAH) device and resetting the password remotely (not at an AAH site), please follow the instructions below:

Modify your active Duo device
Allows you to modify your authentication option or set a default device.
Note: To reactivate Duo, contact the Service Desk.
  1. FIRST be logged onto VPN (the remote solution that logs you onto the AAH network)
  2. Complete password reset process
  3. After a successful password reset, (CTRL+ALT+DEL) LOCK THE COMPUTER
  4. Unlock the computer (CTRL+ALT+DEL) with NEW password
  5. To be absolutely sure the password is synced, restart the AAH device logging on with the NEW password
